The Stadium capacity adds up to 18,000 including VIP stands. Such a capacity reflects the demand expected from the  Qatari population which has yet to reach 1 million. The location of the Stadium is in Doha(Slata). Building consists of 15 Air Handling Units, 100 FCU, 10 Ex. Fans, 6 Chillers, 3 Secondary CHW Pumps and several set of pumps for sump and Fire. Satchwell  Micronet  BMS station controlled the over all system.
